Portlaw is on our list of launch locations for Barre.ie. Barre is a low-impact class built from ballet-inspired barre work, Pilates and strength training. If enough Portlaw people join the waitlist, we'll run classes in the village.
We're choosing between Kilmacthomas, Kilmeaden and Portlaw for our first classes. When you join the waitlist, you rank the locations that suit you. The more Portlaw sign-ups we get, the sooner classes come to Portlaw.
Most people who try barre have never done anything like it. You don't need to be flexible or fit. Come as you are, and the class meets you there.
